Your information here is confusing.  Your tax bills for 2007 and 2008 should have shown past due amounts from the 2006 bill.  Tax delinquency notices are also posted in the paper and often on the county web site now.  You have a responsibility to be aware of your obligations.  I do not mean to argue whose at fault.  Both you and the county have responsibilities.
