<description>If you do not have $3,400 to pay for the seminar, then I would ask the question...should I be spending the money pay for and education that would teach me how to invest money I don&#39;t have? If you are investing in tax liens, you need to have money, not only do you need to have money, sometimes you will not have the return on investment pay back for years. You should only invest money that you can afford to loose.

If you still want to learn how to invest in tax liens, books are less expensive than live seminars. Get a good book, then as time passes and you are able to save money, go to the seminar.

Most tax lien investments that are on the web tell you that you can make tons of cash by purchasing a home for just hundreds of dollars. This is true, but realize this is the exception to the rule. If you invest in tax liens, do it with the idea that you are making good interest while waiting for the lucky break.
