Property Tax Lien on Moblie Home in Texas?

We purchased a repo mobile home in 2004. When we did a lien search it came up okay. Now, in 2008, we are trying to get the title in our name, but it shows that their are property tax liens from ‘01, ‘02, and ‘03. Can they now come after US for those liens that are on the home even if the home title is still under her name? Thanks for your help!
